5,000 Milliseconds Timeout on Connection HTTP-Outgoing Error in Log


Why do I get this error "5,000 milliseconds timeout on connection http-outgoing" repeatedly in the logs?

When Webhook Request to get the NCCO is timed out, this error is thrown. Normally, when Vonage sends out the Webhook HTTP Request to the Application Server, it should respond within a specific time period. The response will mostly contain NCCO for the Answer_URL (For the call to succeed, a valid NCCO would need to be returned). If the request does not get any response within 5 seconds, then, "5,000 milliseconds timeout on connection http-outgoing" error is thrown in the Vonage API log.
