Why do I get errors when sending Viber messages?

Answer

Viber Messages using Messages API are restricted to countries that have been registered during the onboarding process. To include a new country, contact your account manager.

The Messages API Sandbox is also limited to a restricted list of countries. If you would like to test the Viber messaging and encounter the above error, submit a support request and we can enable the country for a temporary period of time for testing.
