How can I download my account balance history reports?


Downloading your Vonage API account balance history, which includes account top-ups, virtual number subscriptions, refunds, credit notes, and debit adjustments that may have affected your account balance.

  1. Log in to your Vonage API Dashboard.
  2. From the left sidebar, click your username to expand the menu.
  3. Click Billing & Payments.
  4. Click the Payment History tab.
  5. Under Payments, click Download.
  6. In the Download pop-up, select the Balance History tab.
  7. Click inside the date selector and select the month and year for which you want to download your balance history.
  8. Click Download. This will download the selected month's balance history in an Excel file.
