Answer

When an App User starts an outbound call, the callServer() method is executed. This generates an API request to the Vonage platform. Upon receipt of the API request, the Vonage platform will attempt to download an NCCO from your voice application answer URL. If the NCCO download attempt fails or the destination number never receives the call, it is recommended that you first investigate that the answer URL is reachable and responds with a valid NCCO.
