What happens if the line is engaged/busy/no answer when receiving a Voice API call on PSTN endpoint?

Answer

When Voice API makes outbound call to PSTN endpoint, by default Nexmo will ring the number for 60 seconds. If the end user or their voicemail does not pick up the call, the call will be canceled by Nexmo.
