United States A2P 10DLC Campaign Use Cases

Questions:

  • What are approved A2P 10DLC use cases?

  • Do I need to register my use cases for 10DLC Messaging?

A2P 10DLC Campaign Use Cases:

Businesses in the United States should review their A2P 10DLC use cases, as only specific use cases are permissible for A2P 10DLC.   As mandated by the carriers,  the new 3rd party 10DLC campaign registry requires Vonage  to declare a Use Case at the beginning of the Campaign Registration process on the customer’s behalf.

Standard Use Cases are immediately available for all qualified registered brands and do not require vetting or pre/post approval by the carriers.

Special Use Cases are sensitive or critical in nature and may require Vetting or pre/post registration approval by the carriers. Requirements may vary according to each carrier.
