Creating a New Account with Registered Information Is Not Allowed


I deleted my old account to create a new one. Can I use the same information to create a new account?

You can create a new account only with a new email address and phone number that has not been registered with us previously.

It is not possible to reuse the number or email information that has been registered with our platform before to create a new account. Note that even if we delete the old account, the email address and number would be retained and cannot be used to create a new account. This is systematically restricted due to security reasons (for example, abusing the account).
