For technical reasons, the login to help.nexmo.com is currently no longer using the same credentials as the Nexmo dashboard ( dashboard.nexmo.com ).
To access your account on help.nexmo.com, we recommend you perform a password reset, which will send a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.
