Dashboard Analytics and Delivery reports data delayed - 11th October 2018

Affected Services:

Between 11-10-2018 05:00 AM UTC and 11-10-2018 11:30 AM UTC the aggregated data that supplies the Analytics and Delivery reports in the Nexmo Dashboard was delayed.

We have resolved the data delay from 11-10-2018 11:30 AM UTC on, however it will take some time before the necessary corrections can be made and reloaded for the affected period above.

We will update this article once this correction has happened.

Unaffected Services:

Customer traffic and all other reports in the Dashboard are not impacted.
