Known Problem

Product: Voice API
Feature: Record with Conversation

If using Record for your Conversation action, and you have not specified the eventMethod, then a callback is not sent to the eventUrl with the recordingUrl.

 

Workaround

To implement a workaround for this issue, specify an eventMethod in your Conversation action. The callback which contains the recordingUrl will then be sent using the HTTP method defined.
