- How do I verify my address when entering for numbers purchased?
- What can I do to check my mailing address used for phone number verification?
- Why isn't the address I am using being accepted?
Some long virtual numbers require a local presence in the region in which they are located or an address for verification purposes. In some cases, especially with non-standard address formats, the Nexmo system may reject an address that you see as valid.
This can be related to a formatting difference, so it can be helpful to use a site like Google Maps to try your address format to see if a different format for the street, building number, postal code, etc. We have observed in some cases simply using the postal code that Google finds can remedy the address issues.
