The Vonage API Dashboard is a responsive web app, which means it should work on most modern web browsers, on most devices that have JavaScript enabled.

Officially we support the latest version and the previous major version (latest minus 1) of the popular browsers listed below. However older browser versions may still work.

If you are experiencing issues, we recommend updating your existing browser, or using an alternative such as:

Google Chrome – freely available on Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, iOS

Mozilla Firefox – freely available on Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, iOS

Apple Safari – included as part of MacOS and iOS

Microsoft Edge – included as part of Windows 10, available on Windows 8, Windows 7


Does Vonage APIs support Internet Explorer?

We do not support Internet Explorer (any version). Some parts of the Dashboard may still work, but we offer no guarantee of future support going forward. Internet Explorer was last updated by Microsoft in 2015 and we consider it an insecure legacy browser. If you still need to use a browser made by Microsoft, we highly recommend switching over to Microsoft Edge.
