You can top up your account using one of the following options:
- Debit Card or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only)*
- Bank Transfer
- Alipay (available within Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Taiwan)
* Please note pre-paid credit cards are not supported

Select PayPal as your payment method and you will be redirected to the PayPal website to authorise your payment. Once your payment is successfully complete you will see the transaction record in the Billing History section on the Billing & Payments page.
Make sure that you use the same address that your PayPal account is registered to for the billing information when making your first payment.
Credit cards more info
Debit or credit Visa and MasterCards are accepted for payments. All payments are processed by Braintree our Payment Service Provider (PSP). Simply add your credit card details in the payment flow to make a payment.

Credit card payments aren't available in all countries.
Pre-paid cards are not supported as a direct payment method.
If you are currently unable and would like to pay using a credit card please contact Nexmo Support.
You will have the option to enable auto-reload after a successful payment either on the payment completed page or on the Billing & Payments page. The payment method must be saved and the first payment successful is required to enable auto-reload.
One of the easiest ways to make payments of any amounts is by Bank Transfer. Simply generate a pro-forma invoice by completing and submitting the Bank Transfer form. Then copy Nexmo's bank details and set up a transfer from your business bank account. Bank Transfers require a minimum amount of 200 Euros.
Your account is credited and an invoice sent to you once the funds have cleared into the Nexmo account.
Alipay is only enabled for residents from the following: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Taiwan.
Other payment methods
Additional payment methods like American Express (AMEX) are not currently available, they may be in future as we broaden accepted methods.
