Certificates for nexmo.com

We are currently using a single wildcard nexmo.com certificate for every use case, which expires on September 3rd, 2020.

On 27th August 2020, our SMPP infrastructure will start using a new dedicated certificate, which can be downloaded in advance here: https://static.nexmo.com/tls/2020-07/smpp1.nexmo.com.pem

Our web sites, REST/API endpoints and the rest of our services handling encrypted traffic using our wildcard certificate, can be downloaded in advance here: https://static.nexmo.com/tls/2020-07/wildcard.nexmo.com.pem

Please note we can switch host IP addresses at any time and without notice to ensure high availability and transparent failover if needed.

If you face any certificate related rejection, please follow these steps:

Before 27th August 2020:

  1. Retrieve the new certificate from https://static.nexmo.com/tls/2017-06/wildcard.nexmo.com.pem
  2. Export it in the format you prefer.
  3. Import it into your application.

If you need to update the chain of trust, the intermediate CA certificate is available from:
https://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertSHA2SecureServerCA.crt.pem
and the root CA certificate is available from:
https://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertGlobalRootCA.crt.pem
