- Why can't I see any QoD statistics for the US?
- In Analytics > Quality of delivery we are not getting the R1 AND R2 SUCCESS ratio and delivered/undelivered response. Only Send and submit status is showing for the USA - why is this?

Handset delivery receipts are not supported in the US.
Quality of Delivery statistics are based on DLR receipts, and as we on receive intermediate DLR receipts from the US, not handset ones, we do not generate delivery statistics for the US in the way we do for other countries.
