We constantly monitor all payments to detect fraudulent activity and will sometimes cancel payments that are suspicious. Contact Nexmo Support if you think we have cancelled a payment by mistake.
* Please note pre-paid credit cards are not supported and attempted payments made with them may also show as declined or cancelled
