Why do I have a charge on my bank statement that I don't recognize?


I didn't make a payment on my Vonage API account, but I have a payment listed on my bank statement.

  • Bank Statement
  • Unrecognized Payment


Check for Auto-Reload

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
  2. In the left sidebar, select your username to expand the menu.
  3. Select Billing & Payments.
  4. Select the Auto-Reload tab to review the Auto-Reload settings.

Review Payment History

  1. Under Billing & Payments, select the Payment History tab.
  2. Review the list of payments that have been made on your account.

Contact Support

If you have completed the previous steps and have confirmed that you did not authorize this transaction, submit a Support request.
