Why can't I create an invoice?


When attempting to generate an invoice for a secondary account, you receive an error that reads, "We are unable to generate an invoice, please contact our help desk." You are still able to make payments and access the account.

Use a single Vonage API account for each unique company name. If you do have multiple accounts, you will need to use different company names for each. For example, you may add a distinguishing country suffix to each.
