Sender ID on all messages will be generally changed to a local number to ensure delivery.
Generally Sender ID is dynamic, but some Sender IDs will be overwritten to ensure delivery.
Claro is filtering alphanumeric and national numeric Sender IDs. All SMS sent with those Sender IDs will not be delivered. It is recommended to use a numeric Sender ID with the international number format to reduce the risk of being filtered.
Chinese characters are not supported. If the characters come in Unicode, they will need to be recoded in Unicode before sending them to operators. There is no guarantee that messages containing these characters will be delivered.
Only messages in English and Latin characters are supported.
There are no additional content restrictions beyond those in our Acceptable Use Policy.
