It is required to show the following information at the opt-in website for the service in question:

- Product description

- Service delivery frequency or recurring messages disclosure * For subscription programs only

- How to opt-out -> Send 'STOP' SMS to Short Code xxxxx * For subscription programs only

- How to get help -> Send 'HELP' SMS to Short Code xxxxx * For subscription programs only

- Message & data rate may apply

- Link to complete T&C and Privacy Policy 

 

 Terms and Conditions

 Complete terms and conditions should include:

 - Customer care contact information

- Complete optout instructions

- A recurring message disclosure * For subscription Programs

-  Product description and a program (brand) name.

 

 Single Message Program Requirements

  Opt-In Confirmation MT

 -  Program (brand) name OR product description

 HELP & STOP MTs are supported by Nexmo

 

Recurring- Message Program Requirements

 Opt-In Confirmation MT

 - Confirmation that the end user opted in.

 - Program (brand) name OR product description

 - Opt-out information

 - Customer care contact information

 - Product quantity or recurring-messages disclosure

 - “Message and data rates may apply” disclosure

  HELP and STOP MTs are supported by Nexmo
