What are the acceptable usage terms for Nexmo Voice Numbers?

Our Voice numbers are used in general for inbound calling services such as:

  • conference calling 
  • call center applications 
  • as the Caller ID for TTS calls
  • IVR applications

In some countries it is not possible to use the virtual number for calling card purposes. Our voice-enabled virtual numbers cannot be used for Adult Services. This is against the terms and conditions of many of our local providers.
