What kind of pre-recorded audio files can I use in TTS? And how many audio files can be used?

You can use pre-recorded audio file in .wav or .mp3 format. You can include more than one "audio" tag in your message, the audio file should be on a public URL and no longer than 90 seconds in total.

If the audio file included in a TTS call is not playing, it is very likely due to an encoding incompatibility. Please ensure that the file is encoded as per below audio settings.
