When you sign in to your account go to Notifications in the settings section:
- Enable the "Balance alert" by clicking on the tick box
- Update the "Balance threshold" dropdown if required
- Enter an email address in the "Invoice & balance alerts" input
You can specify who will receive a notification if your credit goes below a selected threshold.
If you would only like to send an email to the email address associated with the account leave the other department's email address fields blank.
To stop your account running out of credit you can enable auto-reload using a credit card or PayPal account.
