What should I do if I haven't received a PIN code?

Answer:

A Verification workflow will typically expire within 5 minutes of the last attempt, if no PIN code has been submitted to Nexmo via the Verification Check API call. You can use the Verification Search API to see if a Verification status has been set to EXPIRED.  Expired Verification requests are not charged.

If the request for a number is EXPIRED, you can submit another Verify request for the same number.
