Analytics - Number Insight Standard volumes do not show in Dashboard

Question

  • Why are my Number Insight requests not showing on Dashboard?
  • The Analytics in Dashboard does not match the number of requests I have sent.
  • Why is there no Number Insight Traffic showing in Dashboard?

 

Known Problem

Product: Number Insight Standard & Basic
Feature: Analytics/Reporting in Dashboard

Number Insight Standard & Basic requests are not recorded as traffic on Dashboard currently, causing statistics to differ to the information you store on your platform. Number Insight Advanced traffic if not affected.

 

Workaround

We recommend you store the data for these requests and report on the traffic sent on your platform. Alternatively, if using Number Insight Advanced, the traffic will be recorded and displayed correctly.

 

Resolution

The resolution is currently under development. If you need to use this feature, please contact support@nexmo.com to assist with prioritisation.
